Given the custom nature of our services, it is essential that you carefully review your artwork (including embroidery digitizing or vectorization). This includes checking spelling, colors, print quality, and placement before production. You are responsible for verifying all designs and identifying any errors prior to production. We recommend running a first sew-out or vectorization test before proceeding with the final digitizing or vectorization process. Iron My Patches is not liable for any damages, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies in garments or vectorized files. Use of national logos may require proper licensing or permission from the customer, and Iron My Patches is not responsible for misuse of any logos or designs.

Payment Terms
Invoices are generated when an order is placed. You may choose to pay immediately or upon completion and delivery of your service. Orders will be invoiced at the quoted price or agreed price before billing. Special pricing may apply to large volume orders. We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal as payment methods.
Limitation of Liability

Return, Refund, or Exchange Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, a money-back guarantee may be available within 7 days upon evaluation and approval of your valid request.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders, including vectorized and digitized files, will be delivered electronically via email to the address provided by the customer. Physical shipping will not be provided.
