Return Procedure
If you believe the product you received is defective, incorrect, or missing accessories, please follow the steps below:
- Send clear images of the product along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
- Once the issue is verified, we will begin the process of remaking the product for you.
- After return approval, please clearly write your order number on or near the shipping label to help ensure smooth processing.
Return Window
If an error is confirmed after review, we will promptly remake your order. The replacement will be produced exactly as originally requested, correcting only the errors identified. Changes to the product, logo, artwork, or imprint color will not be made.
Important Guidelines:
- Customers must report any issues within 30 days of receiving the order.
- A written claim, along with supporting images (product, packaging, etc.), is required for investigation.
- If the issue is confirmed, the full order must be returned in its original quantity to be eligible for a full refund.
- Return shipping must be sent via ground shipping and is the customer’s responsibility.
- Once the returned items are received, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
- If a remake is chosen instead of a refund, it will be shipped within 7–10 business days, correcting only the verified errors.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and the issue has been verified. Once confirmed, refunds are processed within 4–5 business days.
Return Shipping Responsibility
To qualify for a full refund, the entire original order must be returned in the same quantity as listed on the invoice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
