Our custom iron on patches are embroidered, woven, chenille and many more types of patches with a heat activated adhesive backing. They are designed to be permanently applied to fabrics like jackets, hats, bags, and uniforms using a heat press or a common household iron, offering a quick and effective way to personalize and brand gear without sewing.
Application is simple! Preheat your heat press or household iron to the recommended temperature (typically around 320°F). Place the patch adhesive-side down on the fabric, cover it with a thin cloth or Teflon sheet to protect it, and apply firm, even pressure for 15-25 seconds. For best durability, we recommend sewing around the edges after ironing for a permanent hold.
Our patches adhere best to cotton, polyester, polyester-cotton blends, denim, and canvas. They are not recommended for waterproof, leather, or heat-sensitive materials like nylon or rayon, as the adhesive may not bond correctly or the fabric could melt. When in doubt, test on a small, hidden area first.
Absolutely. Our patches are made to last. Once properly applied, they are designed to withstand 50+ wash cycles. We recommend turning the garment inside out and machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle to maximize the lifespan of your patches. Avoid harsh chemicals and dry cleaning.
After you approve your digital proof, production typically takes 10-20 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the method chosen, but most orders are delivered within a few business days after production. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
No problem! We can make any of our custom patches with a Velcro or adhesive backing instead. Alternatively, you can choose to have them made as sew-on patches, which are perfect for any material and provide a classic, secure attachment.
